Return & Refund Policy

At Sarasota Sips, every product is made and packaged with care. Because our products are consumable and handmade, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cassie@sarasotasips.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review it promptly and either send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • For local pickup or event purchases, all sales are final once the product leaves our possession.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

Event & Mobile Bar Bookings

Deposits made to reserve mobile bar or dry hire services are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date if rescheduled at least 30 days in advance (subject to availability).

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via USPS from Sarasota, Florida.
Processing typically takes 2–3 business days, and delivery times vary by location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
